Adrian Magnus is growing in the United States and Europe, and we’re looking for a results-driven B2C Sales Supervisor to lead that expansion. You will run a phone-based remote sales operation from start to finish. You’ll build and coach a team of sales executives, own the pipeline and KPIs, and turn activity into consistent, predictable revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Lead remote, phone-based B2C sales to retailers, specialty stores, lounges, wholesalers and distributors across the US and Europe.
- Recruit, train, coach and supervise a team of remote sales executives, building a culture of discipline, accountability and high conversion.
- Define, track and enforce team KPIs, including call activity, conversion rates, pipeline value, sales per agent and forecast accuracy.
- Design and continuously improve the sales process, call scripts and objection-handling playbooks.
- Own the CRM: pipeline stages, data quality and reporting discipline.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
- Work closely with Operations and Logistics on order flow, inventory availability and invoicing to ensure reliable fulfillment.
Requirements
- Proven remote / phone-based sales experience. This is the core of the role.
- 3+ years of hands-on, individual sales experience.
- 3+ years managing a sales team (required). You must have directly led a team of salespeople. Recent hands-on selling is a plus, but team leadership experience is mandatory.
- A track record of building teams and setting, tracking and enforcing sales KPIs.
- Strong CRM skills and a data-driven approach to managing performance.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
