Collaborate strategically with internal (especially Branch Managers) and external key stakeholders to ensure strategic alliances are built to solicit for new client acquisition, client servicing or marketing opportunities in Wealth Management for Branch Banking Distribution. Work with Specialist teams (Investment, Bancassurance & SMF) to enhance wealth competencies of to the wealth front-liners of Branch Distribution. Provide direction and guidance to Personal Banker on areas pertaining to branch wealth sales achievement, compliance and service quality.
