Coordinación en Sitio: • Supervisar las actividades diarias en los sitios de implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y estándares de seguridad. • Actuar como el principal enlace entre el equipo de proyecto, cliente y proveedores durante la ejecución. • Gestión de Proyectos: • Planificar y ejecutar proyectos de robótica móvil desde la etapa de implementación hasta la entrega final. • Identificar y resolver problemas en tiempo real, garantizando la continuidad del proyecto. • Gestión de Equipos y Recursos: • Coordinar a técnicos y subcontratistas durante la implementación en planta. • Supervisar la asignación y uso eficiente de recursos humanos y materiales. • Comunicación y Seguimiento: • Mantener a todas las partes interesadas informadas sobre el progreso del proyecto. • Preparar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las implementaciones para el Responsable de Operaciones. • Calidad y Mejora Continua: • Asegurar que las soluciones implementadas cumplan con los estándares de calidad y las especificaciones del cliente. • Recopilar retroalimentación al finalizar cada proyecto para identificar áreas de mejora.
