Hours of Job FT - 11a - 11p Every Third Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required Adherence to Emergency Department Staffing Policy Guidelines Duties and Key Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel. Assumes a lead role in patient teaching. Places the patient at the center of care practices. Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes. May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to the distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity. Performs other duties as assigned to support patient care, departmental operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational goals. Requirements Ability to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs. Education/Certifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed RN Experience Previous experience is preferred but not required.
