Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking highly skilled and experienced A320 Captains to join our growing operation.

We are currently recruiting A320 Captains for base opportunities in:
- Malé, Maldives (MLE)
- Commuter contract (no permanent base)
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute flights to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew on board.
- Oversee all aspects of the flight, including take-off, landing, and in-flight procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the First Officer to ensure proper communication and teamwork in the cockpit.
- Maintain meticulous records of flight activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly, following established protocols and procedures.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador for Beond and uphold the company's high standards for customer service and luxury travel.
Requirements
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on A320 aircraft.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Experience working in multi-cultural environments.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
