The Position: We are looking for a Staff Accountant to maintain our financial records. Staff Accountant job duties include working closely with the existing team to create and analyze financial reports, involved in month-end process and able to perform reconciliations and journal entries. Our ideal candidate holds an Accounting degree and is familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) accounting software. Ultimately, the responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. Responsibilities Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process within F&O Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting within deadlines and with high attention to accuracy Bank reconciliation preparation and adjustments Maintaining prepaids expense schedule and posting related journal entries Reconcile the AP and AR Subledgers to the General Ledger Updating and posting monthly/quarterly expense and income accruals Maintaining Fixed assets and Lease schedules and posting monthly journal entries.
