Deine Aufgaben Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden – telefonisch wie schriftlich – und unterstützt sie rund um Bestellungen, Preise, Verfügbarkeiten, Reklamationen und Kostenvoranschläge Die proaktive telefonische Ansprache bestehender Kunden wird ein zunehmend wichtiger Bestandteil Deiner Tätigkeit. Dabei identifizierst Du zusätzliche Bedarfe und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und unterstützt aktiv den weiteren Ausbau unserer Kundenbeziehungen.
