Position Title: HR Business Partner, North America Department: Human Resources Entity: CS e-Storage Position that Reports To: Associate Director, HR Location: Texas, USA or Kitchener, Ontario Canada About the Role This is a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing e-Storage business across North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with day-to-day execution. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience. This role will also requite up to 15% travel to different project sites. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness Drive change management initiatives in a high-growth environment Hands-On HR Delivery Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding Support compensation and promotion processes Maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities Employee Relations Lead and support employee relations concerns, ensuring consistent and legal practices combined with appropriate documentation.
