What you will do To work with Wafer foundry, to support the supply chain, and coordinate key new technology development and NPI project. Review factory manufacturing data to ensure wafer deliveries on track. To take immediate actions to contain any potential excursion/scrap event that disrupts the supply chain, followed by recovery process. Manage production WIP status, yield, KPI on regular basis Review project running to ensure new technology/product projects on track. Support the Wafer foundry partners on yield enhancement plan, provide NPI and tape-out support, and manage process related issues. What you will need Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Management Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, device engineering/NPI, process integration, yield enhancement of CMOS or discrete MOSFET process Knowledge of Discrete semiconductors, experience in supplier management preferred SPC, 8D and problem solving capabilities.
