Zusammenfassung: Der MES Process Modeller ist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Konfiguration, Modellierung und Pflege des Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Die Rolle fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Engineering, Qualität, Supply Chain und IT, um sicherzustellen, dass Produktionsprozesse präzise im MES abgebildet und die operative Effizienz, Rückverfolgbarkeit, Qualitätsstandards und Digitalisierungsinitiativen unterstützt werden. Hauptaufgaben: Aufnahme, Analyse und strukturierte Dokumentation von Produktionsprozessen und Business-Anforderungen für das Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Modellierung und Konfiguration von Prozessabläufen, Stammdaten, Regeln und Workflows im MES gemäß den vereinbarten Standards Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen aus Produktion, Engineering und Qualität in umsetzbare MES-Spezifikationen und Prozessmodelle Sicherstellung einer standardisierten, konsistenten und wiederverwendbaren Modellierung sowie Pflege der zugehörigen Dokumentation Durchführung und Unterstützung von Reviews, Tests und Fehleranalysen sowie Begleitung von Releases und Änderungen bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung in der Produktion Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Process Ownern, Key Usern, IT, Automatisierung, Engineering und externen Implementierungspartnern Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender MES-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Produktivität, Qualität, Rückverfolgbarkeit, Systemstabilität und Compliance Ihr Profil: Bachelorabschluss in einem technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich Idealerweise mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung Fähigkeit, komplexe Systemumgebungen, wie z.
