Your Responsibilities Unterstützung der HR Business Partner im operativen Tagesgeschäft im Zuge einer Restrukturierung. Vorbereitung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen (z. B. Mitarbeit in organisatorischen und administrativen HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycle. Erstellung von Präsentationen, Unterlagen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Führungskräfte und Gremien. Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern (Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende, Betriebsrat). Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung und Umsetzung arbeitsrechtlicher Anforderungen. Your Profile Eingeschriebene/r Student:in (m/w/d), idealerweise der Fachrichtungen BWL mit HR-Schwerpunkt, Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, oder vergleichbar. Interesse an Arbeitsrecht und personalwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint. Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise. Idealerweise erste berufliche Erfahrungen und/oder eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
