Grundlagen: Du erlernst Programmierung, Softwareentwicklung und Netzwerkadministration. Zudem beschäftigst du dich mit IT-Problemanalysen und technischer Dokumentation. Theorie: Dein theoretisches Wissen erlangst du in der Berufsschule und in Vorlesungen, Seminaren und Übungen an der Hochschule. Praxis: Du installierst, konfigurierst und verwaltest IT-Systeme, implementierst Sicherheitslösungen und berätst Anwender. Dabei kombinierst du Praxis und Theorie Besonderheiten: Nach 15 Monaten Ausbildung beginnt das Studium (sieben Semester) an der Hochschule Koblenz. In vorlesungsfreien Zeiten arbeitest du im Unternehmen weiter und wirst von einem Mentor betreut.
