Why does this job exist and why is it critical? Leads team of Distributor Area Executives to meet sales targets and KPIs in Open Channel. Builds dealer relationships, drives territory sales, and provides admin support to grow customer base and revenue simply and effectively. What you will do: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations Manage sales pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts Perform administrative support tasks for the sales team, including scheduling and report generation Accurately enter and manage sales-related data in company systems Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues What you need to have: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related Minimum 5 years working experience with 2-4 years relevant experience in sales/channel management Sales strategy and execution (Intermediate) Team coaching and performance management (Intermediate) Dealer/channel relationship building (Experienced) CRM and sales pipeline management (Intermediate) MS Office Suite proficiency (Intermediate) Data entry and reporting (Beginner) Market analysis and opportunity spotting (Intermediate) What’s next?
