Drive store performance to meet and exceed all sales and service KPIs. 2. Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve targets and foster a positive culture. 3. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, cash management, and compliance. 4. Execute sales and service strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue. 5.
