Define and Lead Digital Commerce Strategy Develop and lead the overall website & digital commerce strategy and roadmap to grow digital sales and improve the online experience. This is achieved by setting clear business priorities and desired measurable outcome. Drive Data-Led Performance and Optimization Use data analytics, customer insights and SEO/AIO reports to continuously improve product discovery, purchase journey and sales performance. Own the End-to-End Digital Shopping Journey Own the design and optimization of the web discovery and digital purchase journeys to improve conversion and reduce customer friction. Build and Enhance Digital Commerce Platform Capabilities Lead the development and evolution of the digital commerce technology ecosystem to support scalable and flexible online sales. Ensure Effective Online Store Operations Continuously improve the operational efficiency of the online storefront to ensure accurate product configuration, smooth workflows and timely processes, and reliable transaction handling.
