This role supports the organisation’s data-driven decision-making by maintaining reliable data models, strengthening data quality controls, and delivering clear analytics through dashboards and automated data workflows. The Business Analyst works with Business and IT teams to model data in the organisation’s core SQL database, maintain the data dictionary, and document and monitor connections to source databases. The role also develops business intelligence dashboards using Power BI and performs ETL using Python, R, or SQL. The data managed by the Business Analyst is core to the organisation’s operations and supports management decision-making. The Business Analyst helps ensure this data is accurate, up to date, and presented clearly so stakeholders can make informed decisions with confidence.
