Job Title Customer Delivery Manager - SRC (all genders) Job Description As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex customer projects and solutions. You will coordinate multiple implementations across customers, internal teams and external partners, making sure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with business and customer expectations. Your role: Lead and coordinate complex customer delivery projects from planning through successful implementation. Ensure project milestones, deliverables, timelines and budgets are effectively managed. Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the delivery process. Drive cross-functional alignment between customers, internal teams, subject matter experts and external partners. Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies to minimize potential impact on delivery. Support the development and implementation of best practices to continuously improve service and solution delivery. Drive adoption and utilization of solutions by using customer feedback and data-driven insights. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and quality. Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including localization of test scenarios and validation of work instructions. Monitor incidents and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective and timely resolution. Support capability development by sharing expertise, facilitating knowledge transfer and providing guidance to colleagues. Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure customer and market requirements are reflected in service and solution delivery priorities. You're the right fit if: You have solid experience in customer delivery, project/program management, service delivery, solution implementation or a related area, ideally within a complex international organization. You have experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, including customer-facing projects. You can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive progress without necessarily having direct reporting authority. You demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving and risk management skills. You are comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders and can clearly communicate project status, risks and priorities. You have a continuous improvement mindset and are able to identify opportunities to optimize processes and ways of working. You are comfortable using data and customer insights to support decisions and improve delivery performance. You have strong communication and collaboration skills and are comfortable working in an international environment. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for an annual incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
