Your Jobs: Overall responsible for Facility plant operations for respective Fabs To lead, liaise, assist and coordinate with all FMS staff and ensure that issues/complaints are attended and responded timely. Respective Fab FMS staff shall update on any issues faced by them for any guidance or manpower/logistics requirements during the shift. To ensure optimum usage of manpower, logistic/resources for respective Fabs To ensure incident escalation procedures are followed up correctly. To escalate Fab impact incidents to Facilities key personnel. And also to help respective Fab FMS on incident investigation. To highlight and represent all Fab operational issues in daily pass down meeting and follow-up the issues with respective System Engineers.
