KEY FUNCTIONS To sell vehicles and automotive materials, accessories, and products to customers. To achieve the sales target set by the Sales Manager. To prepare estimates and quotations in a timely manner. To ensure prompt delivery of service to all customers. To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints. To perform any other related duties as directed. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Five (5) CXC Certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics. Two (2) years’ work experience in the Sales Industry. Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent negotiation skills.
