Job Description Develop and execute employee engagement and well-being strategies aligned with business and people priorities. Lead employee engagement surveys, analyze insights, and provide actionable recommendations to management. Drive organization-wide engagement action plans and monitor implementation effectiveness. Provide engagement consultation and best practices to HR and business stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver employee experience and well-being initiatives. Govern team-building programs, stakeholder communications, and engagement-related projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 7-10 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, OD, HRBP, or related HR functions. Proven experience in driving organizational engagement, well-being, or change initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate employee insights into business actions. Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a large, matrix organization.
