Funções que serão desempenhadas: Desenvolver, implementar e manter sistemas, frameworks e scripts automatizados para testes de validação, inventário e monitoramento contínuo de modelos. Refatorar algoritmos, scripts e consultas para melhorar a eficiência e otimizar processamento de informações. Construir rotinas reproduzíveis de testes avançados (como backtesting, análise de performance e estabilidade de modelos). Implementar e operar soluções de MRM integradas a ambientes Cloud, utilizando boas práticas de controle de versão (Git). Conduzir pesquisas e otimizações de fontes de dados (estruturadas e não estruturadas), garantindo a eficiência no consumo das bases por modelos de risco e crédito. Atuar como referência em padrões de código, arquitetura de scripts e boas práticas de programação para a equipe de MRM, realizando code reviews e orientando analistas Plenos e Juniores. Liderar a documentação técnica de pipelines e códigos, colaborando diretamente com as áreas de Engenharia de Dados e Analytics. Principais requisitos: Conhecimento avançado em SQL e Python. Otimização de queries complexas, manipulação de Big Data e ajuste de performance em bancos relacionais e DWs. Experiência prática em automação de processos analíticos e otimização de pipelines de modelos. Experiência em AWS, GCP ou Azure. Atuação prévia em Governança de Modelos (MRM), Modelagem Estatistica, Validação de Modelos ou Engenharia de Dados/Analytics em ambientes de grande escala.
