Funções que serão desempenhadas: Gestão de Contas e Relacionamento: Desenvolver e manter relacionamento de confiança com tomadores de decisão e influenciadores, garantindo a retenção e satisfação do cliente. Execução de Vendas e Pipeline: Prospectar leads, gerenciar um pipeline robusto, conduzir negociações contratuais, respostas a RFIs/RFPs e fechamento de novos negócios. Venda Consultiva: Mapear necessidades do cliente para posicionar soluções padronizadas e semi-complexas de todo o portfólio EFX. Planejamento Estratégico: Elaborar e executar planos de conta (Account Planning), alinhando metas comerciais às tendências de mercado. Orquestração Interna: Articular recursos de áreas multidisciplinares da empresa para acelerar oportunidades e garantir entregas com alto padrão de qualidade. Requisitos necessários: Planejamento Estratégico de Vendas: Domínio em elaboração e execução de planos de conta e metas comerciais. Prospecção e Negociação: Experiência com técnicas de prospecção (e-mail, cold call, social selling), qualificação de leads e estratégias de negociação/fechamento. Venda Consultiva e Escuta Ativa: Capacidade de investigar desafios do cliente, fazer perguntas estratégicas e propor soluções personalizadas. Conhecimento de Mercado: Visão sobre processos de compra, regulamentações e tendências do setor para embasar negociações. Comunicação e Apresentação: Habilidade para realizar apresentações de alto impacto e influenciar partes interessadas.
