Du entwickelst Standards für das HR-Reporting und etablierst Self-Service-Dashboards, damit Führungskräfte und HR relevante Kennzahlen jederzeit transparent einsehen können. What You Bring: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt HR Analytics. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in HR Analytics, HR Reporting, HR Controlling oder HR Systems bringst Du mit. Mit Workday sowie der Entwicklung von KPIs, Dashboards und Reports bist Du idealerweise vertraut. HR-Prozesse, Datenstrukturen und Reporting-Zusammenhänge verstehst Du ganzheitlich. Durch Dein analytisches Denkvermögen, Deine Affinität zu Zahlen und Deinen hohen Qualitätsanspruch lieferst Du verlässliche Ergebnisse und aussagekräftige Insights.
