Dabei bist Du verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Zoll- und Transportbegleitdokumenten (PASSAR Ausfuhr, NCTS, ATLAS). Du übernimmst die Betreuung von zugewiesenen Key Accounts. Darüber hinaus beschaffst Du die notwendigen Transportkapazitäten am internationalen Transportmarkt. Ausserdem übernimmst Du auch die Avisierungen der Frachtführer. Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten runden die Aufgaben ab. What You Bring: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder ausgewiesene, mehrjährige kaufmännische Erfahrung im Speditionsbereich. Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Speditionsfachmann/-frau oder Aussenhandelsfachmann/-frau erwünscht. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollbereich sind von Vorteil. Deine guten EDV - Kenntnisse (Anwender inkl. MS-Office) wendest Du täglich an, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil. Deutsch ist Deine Muttersprache und Englisch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil. Dein sicheres Auftreten und Deine angenehmen Umgangsformen zeichnen Dich aus.
