Gestionar identidades y accesos, roles, grupos, MFA y acceso condicional. Administrar servicios de mensajería, buzones, delegaciones, reglas de transporte y antispam. Brindar soporte especializado Nivel 2 y gestionar incidentes relacionados con correo y Microsoft 365. Participar en proyectos regionales de integración, migración y estandarización tecnológica. Apoyar la operación de infraestructura virtual, Windows Server y Active Directory. Garantizar la confidencialidad, seguridad y adecuada gestión de la información, accediendo a información de usuarios únicamente cuando exista autorización y necesidad operativa. What You Bring: Formación: Técnico en Sistemas, Computadores, Mantenimiento de Computadores o carreras afines; se podrá homologar con experiencia laboral relacionada. Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en cargos iguales o similares. Conocimientos: Microsoft 365, ofimática, sistemas operativos, conceptos básicos de virtualización.
