This includes managing invoicing requests through MyRyder (ServiceNow), researching and maintaining invoice delivery requirements, resolving invoice delivery issues, and completing invoicing-related tasks. The position serves as a resource for Invoicing Associates, providing support with requests, research, and issue resolution. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively partner with internal departments and support accurate and timely invoicing. Essential Functions Research and Release invoicing exceptions Communicate with field operations either via email or phone Research any invoice delivery discrepancies to ensure timely invoice delivery Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
