Job Description
- Manage stock availability and ensure sufficient inventory to support business and sales activities.
- Calculate stock requirements and working capital needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
- Monitor and analyze sales transaction performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure stock availability aligns with business demand.
- Prepare and maintain stock and sales-related reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Management, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related role.
- Understanding inventory management and stock planning.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of working capital and inventory turnover.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with ERP/inventory management systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to analyze sales data and translate it into inventory requirements.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
