Junior Partner Success Manager.

FULL TIMEJUNIOR LEVEL

We're Houst 🏠 : A professional management service for properties. Our mission is to make hosting on websites hassle-free for everyone using technology to disrupt the short-term accommodation sector. Weʼve grown fast. Since launching in 2015, weʼve partnered with thousands of happy hosts, helping them to make important earnings. The business has now expanded worldwide – weʼre operating in over 20 cities globally, from Auckland to Lisbon, and thereʼs a lot more to come. From holidaymakers to full- time landlords, host happiness is central to everything we do.

We work with a network of partners who play an important role in delivering our service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Junior Partner Success Manager to build strong partner relationships, improve operational performance and identify opportunities for growth.

As Junior Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our partners, ensuring they meet Houst's service standards and deliver a positive experience for our hosts. You will combine relationship management with performance analysis and operational problem solving, working closely with internal teams and partners to improve service delivery and drive business results.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive, long term relationships with partners, acting as their main point of contact and building trust through regular communication.

• Commercial Growth: Identify opportunities to grow partner relationships, improve performance and increase revenue. Work collaboratively with partners to turn opportunities into measurable results.

• Performance Management: Monitor partner performance against agreed targets and service standards, using data to identify gaps, understand trends and drive improvements.

• Service Quality: Ensure partners deliver the standards expected by Houst and provide an exceptional experience for their hosts. Address performance concerns and agree clear actions to resolve them.

• Issue Resolution: Manage partner queries and escalations, taking ownership of problems and ensuring they are resolved efficiently.

• Business Reviews: Conduct regular partner check ins and performance reviews to assess progress, discuss challenges and agree priorities for improvement.

• Operational Improvement: Work closely with the broader team to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and strengthen the way Houst and its partners work together.

• Training and Guidance: Educate partners on Houst's processes, expectations and tools, helping them improve their performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, B2B account management or a similar relationship management role, ideally within an operational business.

• Communication and Influence: Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions through clear, practical guidance.

• Commercial Awareness: Able to identify opportunities, understand business performance and balance partner needs with Houst's commercial objectives.

• Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with data, identifying performance trends and using evidence to recommend improvements.

• Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough, with the ability to spot discrepancies, follow up on outstanding actions and maintain accurate records.

• Organisation and Structure: Able to manage multiple partner relationships, competing priorities and ongoing projects without losing sight of the details.

• Problem Solving: Practical and resourceful, with the ability to investigate issues, find solutions and take ownership through to completion.

• Bias for Action: Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working at pace in a growing business. You take initiative, make progress without constant direction and follow through on commitments.
