O principal objetivo da função é fornecer gerenciamento diário e treinamento da equipe de campo, incluindo seleção de funcionários, treinamento de campo e segurança. Essa pessoa também liderará os esforços operacionais e garantirá a satisfação superior do cliente. Em um dia típico, você irá: - Garantir todos os aspectos da segurança em campo - Reunir-se com os clientes para garantir que as obrigações e expectativas sejam cumpridas - Dirigir o desempenho das operações de manutenção de campo e de serviços contratuais - Realizar treinamento de educação de campo com a força de trabalho de campo - Manter a garantia de qualidade do cliente, gerenciando os gastos com mão de obra e materiais - Melhorar a eficiência, gerenciando as programações de rotas e as taxas de retorno de chamada - Fornecer suporte técnico, participando de estimativas/propostas de vendas, conforme necessário - Autorizar ordens de reparo e acompanhar a conclusão - Liderar mudanças para melhorar a eficiência e a comunicação O que você precisará para ser bem-sucedido: - É necessário ter ensino superior completo - É preferível ter experiência em liderar uma equipe de técnicos - Experiência no setor de elevadores é desejável, mas não obrigatória - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e liderança, além da capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e altamente voltado para a equipe - Sólidas habilidades em informática e tecnologia, visão de negócios e paixão pelo atendimento ao cliente.
