Process Excellence & Recruiting Analytics:

  • Implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and operating rhythms across regions to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Develop and share best practices for interviews, calibration, candidate experience, and hiring manager enablement
  • Maintain data integrity across ATS and HR systems, and build reporting on funnel health, time-to-fill, source mix, and sourcing savings
  • Track agency versus direct sourcing performance, including quality, speed, and cost savings, to inform strategy
  • Ensure recruiting processes comply with local employment regulations and support the firm’s commitment to inclusion

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to coach hiring managers and advocate for best practices across diverse cultural contexts
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling confidential information and senior stakeholders
