We are currently looking for scheduling coordinators, financial coordinators and treatment coordinators to join our Coastline Orthodontic family. Responsibilities will vary depending on position but all applicants must be goal- driven and motivated to help the practice provide excellent customer service. Some of the responsibilities you will perform: Patient scheduling and confirmation Dental health records Maintaining patient accounts Insurance eligibility Direct customer service Maintain office stock levels and office organization as needed. Skills Needed: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extensive organization skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently. Accept constructive feedback Conflict resolution and problem solving Must be a Team Player You must have: 2 years office experience (desired) High school diploma or equivalent Communication Skills- verbal and written Basic Computer skills (prefer Google suite experience) Qualities: Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.
