About the Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of accounts payable activities, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time. You will work across multiple systems and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain strong financial controls and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Follow up and coordinate invoice approvals Review purchase orders and investigate invoice discrepancies Maintain supplier records and supporting documentation Complete accounts payable reconciliations and resolve outstanding items Respond to supplier queries and assist with issue resolution Support month-end close activities and reporting requirements Support audits and other finance activities as required Provide occasional administration support across the business About You To be successful in this role, you will have: 3-5 years' experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience using accounting systems, preferably SAP Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Good reconciliation and problem-solving abilities A sound understanding of GST, financial controls, and accounts payable processes Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues Why Join CVNZ?
