Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget thresholds.
- Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies to mitigate issues before they arise.
- Lead project meetings, preparing reports and updates for upper management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout all project operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience in building high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
