Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
- Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Mechanical Professional Engineering License is a plus.
