Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
- Gather and analyze system requirements and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions are effectively integrated into projects.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Participate in project meetings, capturing essential information and follow-up actions.
- Help identify and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with technical teams for resolution.
- Conduct user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of IT systems.
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies to inform project strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in IT project management or systems analysis.
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Proficient in documenting system requirements and analyzing data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
