The Role & What You Will Be Doing Develop and execute short-, mid- and long-term brand and portfolio strategies. Create and implement customer-centric, omnichannel marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Lead brand planning activities and translate strategic priorities into impactful commercial initiatives. Manage product life cycle activities and drive portfolio optimization. Monitor business performance, sales forecasts and key performance indicators, providing recommendations to maximize results. Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other cross-functional stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Design and deliver engaging sales force training programs in collaboration with Medical Affairs. Manage marketing budgets and contribute to forecasting and demand planning processes. Champion innovative approaches to customer engagement and digital marketing. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Product Management . Proven success in developing and executing pharmaceutical brand strategies. Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare and pharmaceutical market. Experience working in cross-functional and international environments. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills. Customer-centric mindset combined with strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Experience with innovative products is an additional qualification.
