Requirements Education · Incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one semester remaining · Preferred majors: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience · Previous work experience preferred; exposure to office, payroll, or administrative functions is a plus Communication & Professional Skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to follow processes, policies, and detailed instructions · Professional, reliable, and collaborative Technical & Analytical Skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required · Basic knowledge of financial or payroll systems (SAP exposure is a plus) · Strong data entry accuracy, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail Work Behaviors · Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment · Strong organization and time-management skills · Willingness to learn and cross-train across office functions Work Hours · Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer · Must have flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on business needs Location · Amarillo, TX (Tyson Foods Complex) · Must reside within a commutable distance (60 miles or less) unless relocation is provided Application Requirements · Resume must include expected graduation date and area of study Must be within 60 miles of location.
