We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Associate Marketing Specialist to join our wider UK & Benelux Marketing team, with a dedicated focus on the Belgian and Dutch markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing experience who enjoys bringing campaigns to life across digital, social, CRM, events and community channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver consumer campaigns that build brand awareness, attract new customers and strengthen engagement with our existing Omnipod community. What you'll be doing You’ll play an important role in bringing our BE/NL consumer marketing strategy to life, including: Delivering DTC marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email/CRM, events, PR, advocacy and community engagement. Taking global and international campaigns and localising them for consumers in Belgium and the Netherlands. Working closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, International Marketing and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Helping bring consumer events to life and coordinating the campaigns and marketing materials that support them. Tracking campaign performance, customer sentiment, KPIs and competitor activity. Ensuring consumer marketing activities meet relevant regulatory and compliance requirements. What we're looking for Above all, we're looking for someone with a strong foundation in consumer marketing, the energy to learn quickly and the confidence to take ownership of campaigns and hit the ground running. You could be a great fit if you have: Experience delivering consumer or DTC marketing campaigns, ideally across digital, social, email/CRM or other customer-facing channels. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related discipline. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several campaigns and priorities simultaneously. A proactive, hands-on approach and confidence working with different stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in understanding consumers and creating engaging customer experiences. Experience within healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceutical or another regulated industry would be valuable. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Veeva or Wrike would be an advantage. Languages Fluency in English and Dutch is required. French language capability would be a strong advantage, particularly when supporting the Belgian market. Travel The role includes travel to conferences, consumer events and business meetings. Travel is expected to be up to 20%, depending on business needs. Location & ways of working This is a hybrid position connected to our Utrecht office in the Netherlands. The typical expectation is 2-3 days in the office, with some flexibility depending on the candidate and business needs. We are particularly interested in candidates based in the Netherlands, although candidates based in Belgium who can realistically commute to Utrecht may also be considered.
