The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, coupled with proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team of nursing professionals and support staff. Will be responsible for standardizing best practices, optimizing workflows, and driving quality improvement initiatives across all sites, often in close collaboration with the local Allergy, Immunology, and Rheumatology (AIR) Nurse Manager, in addition to collaboration with the multispecialty building leadership. Key responsibilities include staff development, performance management, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Candidates must hold a current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with the understanding that a Master of Science is required within five years of starting in the role, with a minimum of five years of progressive nursing experience, including at least two years in ambulatory nursing (preferred).
