An interest in orientation planning, quality assurance, care management and continuous professional development is essential to be successful. The main areas of focus will include providing unit in-services, staff orientation, standardizing patient education, program competency development, maintaining documentation standards and workflow optimization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, and 3 years oncology experience preferred. Master’s degree in nursing education or a relevant Master’s degree is required.
