Junior Event Specialist.

FULL TIMEJUNIOR LEVELFINANCE & LEGAL

Hello!

We are SFORS - a trading company where traders become successful!

We specialize in trading on global financial markets and are one of the key players in the proprietary trading industry, as well as a leader in premarket trading.

For the past 20 years, the company has achieved consistent success in the stock market through significant investments in trader development, advanced trading technologies, a progressive risk management model, and the creation of effective trading strategies, all of which help traders achieve success.

SFORS operates exclusively with its own capital and does not raise or manage external investments.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented Junior Event Specialist who genuinely enjoys making spaces and events look beautiful.

This role will focus primarily on supporting regular internal events, office celebrations, employee activities, and especially the visual and decorative side of smaller events.

The ideal candidate will have a good eye for aesthetics and some practical experience or strong interest in event decoration, floristry, styling, or visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Support & Coordination

  • Support the organisation and execution of internal corporate events and employee engagement activities.

  • Assist with event preparation, setup, logistics, and on-site coordination.

  • Help source decorations, flowers, gifts, materials, and other event-related items.

  • Coordinate with local suppliers, florists, decorators, venues, and other service providers when required.

  • Support larger events together with the Event Manager / wider team.

Event Decoration & Styling

  • Take ownership of decoration and visual setup for small and regular internal events.

  • Create simple decoration concepts based on the event theme, occasion, and company style.

  • Arrange flowers, table decorations, balloons, props, signage, and other decorative elements.

  • Prepare and decorate office spaces for holidays, celebrations, team activities, and other internal events.

  • Ensure event spaces look polished, welcoming, and visually consistent.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, event organisation, hospitality, corporate events, floristry, decoration, visual merchandising, or a similar field.

  • Hands-on experience supporting events from preparation through execution, including logistics, setup, supplier coordination, scheduling, and on-site support.

  • Ability to independently organise smaller internal events and coordinate multiple moving parts.

  • Experience working with venues, florists, decorators, caterers, gift suppliers, photographers, and other event vendors would be an advantage.

  • Genuine interest in event styling, decoration, floristry, aesthetics, and creating visually attractive spaces.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to suggest event concepts, themes, and decoration ideas.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling last-minute changes.

  • Good communication skills and confidence working with suppliers, internal teams, and event participants.

Language

  • English - Upper-Intermediate level

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or Greek language would be a plus

Benefits:

Work-Life Balance: 21 days of paid annual leave plus all official public holidays.

Travel Perks: Complimentary stay at the company’s corporate apartments in Dubai during your annual leave or business trips.

Sports & Fitness: Free access to corporate sports clubs (padel, yoga, cycling, running, volleyball, swimming) + partial reimbursement for gym memberships, tennis training, and rehabilitation programs.

Growth & Development: Financial sponsorship for external education and professional certifications, full access to internal learning programs, guest speaker sessions, and a corporate library.

Community & Culture: A vibrant corporate life with regular social and cultural events, team-building activities, and memorable team gatherings.
