SFORS

Dubai

Head of Project Management.

FULL TIMELEADERSHIPFINANCE & LEGAL

SFORS is a trading company where traders succeed! We trade in the global financial markets and are among the key proprietary trading players and pre-market trading leaders. Our company owes its 20 years of success in the stock market to constantly investing in talent development, trading technologies, progressive risk management models, and effective trading strategies - all of which drive trader success. SFORS operates exclusively with proprietary funds, without any third-party investments. Our team currently includes over 600 specialists, most of them traders.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Project Management to lead the company-wide project portfolio, strengthen project management practices, and ensure successful delivery of strategic and business-critical initiatives across multiple teams, business units, and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Portfolio Management

  • Own and manage the company-wide portfolio of strategic and operational projects.

  • Define project goals, milestones, timelines, priorities, and expected outcomes.

  • Maintain a clear company-wide project roadmap and ensure visibility across key initiatives.

  • Lead C-level and business-critical projects from planning through execution and handover to operations.

Project Governance & Processes

  • Establish and continuously improve project management frameworks, standards, processes, and reporting.

  • Ensure consistent project governance while keeping delivery approaches flexible and aligned with business needs.

  • Monitor risks, dependencies, blockers, and critical delays, and manage escalations when required.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build and develop the Project Management / Delivery function across Global and Local teams.

  • Define clear ways of working, quality standards, and performance expectations.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between stakeholders and senior management.

Strategic Initiatives & Delivery

  • Drive company-wide change initiatives and support the launch of new business directions.

  • Facilitate key project meetings, planning sessions, status reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Remove blockers, improve communication, and ensure effective project execution across teams.

  • Promote a strong project management culture and continuous improvement across the organisation.

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Delivery, PMO, or Business Transformation.

  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience building or improving project management functions, frameworks, and processes.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Fluent English.

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian would be an advantage, but is not a determining factor.

What We Offer

  • Competitive and performance-aligned compensation package.

  • Clear opportunities for long-term professional growth and strategic career development.

  • A high-trust, collaborative environment with a strong ownership culture.

  • Direct exposure to business decision-making with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

In Addition, We Provide

  • Corporate housing access - up to 2-3 weeks of free accommodation per year in Larnaca (Cyprus) for vacations, business trips, or work-related travel.

  • Comprehensive health insurance, including annual medical check-ups.

  • Psychological support program (up to four sessions per month).

  • Partial compensation for tennis training, gym memberships, other sports activities, rehabilitation, massages, and participation in competitions, including international events.

  • Partial reimbursement for external professional education and certifications.

  • Full access to internal educational, cultural, and entertainment initiatives, including guest lectures.
