About the role:

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Library Content Customization and Translation entitlements, ensuring high-quality execution of client-specific requirements across courses, PDFs, and other learning assets. The PSPM will bring strong project management expertise to drive execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to SLAs and quality standards.

Requirements

What you'll do:

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Manage delivery of content customization and translation projects across formats such as eLearning courses, PDFs, and PPTs.
  • Own planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables in line with defined SLAs and client commitments.
  • Apply strong project management practices (planning, risk management, dependency tracking, prioritization) to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Coordinate execution across internal teams (Content, QA, Technology, Vendors) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure quality control across all deliverables, including language accuracy, formatting, and functional integrity.
  • Track and manage project progress, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and, where required, client stakeholders for project updates and clarifications.
  • Drive clear and proactive communication on timelines, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Manage escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements and execution teams.

Process Excellence & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to defined delivery processes, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong project governance through trackers, status reports, RAID logs, and project health indicators.
  • Drive disciplined execution using structured methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid as applicable).
  • Identify opportunities to improve turnaround time, quality, and efficiency in content delivery workflows.
  • Contribute to standardization of templates, workflows, and best practices.

Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with external vendors for translation and localization requirements.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Work closely with Product/Technology teams to resolve platform or content-related issues.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Develop strong expertise in LRN’s content structure, authoring tools, and delivery workflows.
  • Provide guidance on feasibility, effort estimation, and optimal approaches for customization and translation requests.
  • Act as a go-to resource for content delivery best practices within the team.

What we're looking for:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or PRINCE2 certification — mandatory.
  • Strong project management experience (minimum 4–7 years); must have demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder delivery.
  • Proven experience managing content customization, localization, or translation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SLA-driven delivery models, risk management, and governance practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with content formats such as SCORM, PDFs, PPTs, and localization workflows is preferred.
  • Knowledge of XML, CSS, or content authoring tools is a plus.
