Requisitos Escolaridad mínima: Secundaria terminada. Experiencia en manejo de vehículos estándar y automático. Condición física apta para caminar largas distancias y trabajar en diferentes condiciones climáticas. Enfermedades controladas. Disponibilidad para viajar de manera ocasional. Principales Responsabilidades Dominar las actividades de su área de trabajo una vez concluido el entrenamiento correspondiente. Conocer el layout de la planta y los estándares de calidad y seguridad de la compañía. Realizar diariamente el Estado de Alerta. Registrar puntualmente su asistencia en el sistema Kronos. Cumplir con las instrucciones operativas establecidas por el líder y/o supervisor. Informar oportunamente cualquier situación relacionada con salud, permisos o necesidades operativas. Respetar los horarios establecidos para comedor y descansos. Hacer uso adecuado del equipo y herramientas proporcionadas por la empresa, reportando cualquier anomalía o falla detectada. Operar unidades de enlace para el traslado de personal dentro de las áreas operativas. Apoyar en distintas actividades del área según las necesidades de la operación.
