If you’re outgoing, technically sound, and think you have what it takes – Apply Today! Role summary The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring production orders are material clear, realistically scheduled, and completed on or before their committed due dates. This role bridges Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to proactively manage material shortages, allocate and reallocate inventory, and maintain accurate dates on production orders in the ERP. The planner will help move the organization from reactive expediting to proactive planning, supporting business growth and improved on-time delivery performance. Support production managers in sequencing and leveling the build schedule, ensuring that material-ready jobs are prioritized and capacity constraints are respected. Monitor and adjust production order dates as material and capacity situations change, communicating impacts on delivery dates to stakeholders. Participate in regular operations / production meetings to review current shortages, upcoming risks, and mitigation plans.
