What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical concerns accurately Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards Utilize diagnostic equipment and dealership technology Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment Continuously develop technical skills through training and certification opportunities What You'll Bring Previous automotive technician experience required 2 or more years of Ford or Domestic experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Team-first attitude ASE certifications and/or Ford certifications are a Why Join us?
