As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient accounts payable support. You'll balance people leadership with hands-on AP expertise, helping your team manage invoice workflows, vendor relationships, reconciliations, and day-to-day priorities while ensuring payments and postings are completed accurately and on time. Location: Remote Target Hiring Range: $50,000–65,000 What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals. Oversee daily AP workflows, assigned stores, queues, and team priorities. Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within established timelines. Support invoice processing, check runs, statement balancing, and reconciliation activities. Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment allocation issues, credits, and vendor account disputes. Ensure timely expense allocation and vendor payments. Monitor critical invoices and escalations to help prevent service interruptions. Build strong working relationships with vendors, stores, and internal business partners. Help the team prioritize workloads and respond effectively to changing business needs. Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service. Support department initiatives, projects, and other AP functions as needed What You'll Bring 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred, with a strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor statements, reconciliations, and payment workflows. Up to 2 years of previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work effectively in a high-volume environment. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach, support, and hold a team accountable. Ability to adapt quickly as priorities, workloads, and business needs change. Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. Total Rewards At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $50,000–$75,000, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
