You'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping create a welcoming experience and keep our service team running smoothly. What You'll Do Be a friendly voice for our customers by answering incoming calls and helping connect them with the information they need. Keep repair orders moving by opening, updating, and closing them. Process customer payments and help manage daily deposits. Keep customers informed with repair updates and communication throughout the repair process. Help ensure a smooth customer experience by tracking surveys, event logs, and delivery commitments. Make sure repair documentation is complete and organized. Work with managersb and support teams to improve processes and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.
