Sobre a Posição Procuramos um(a) Brand Marketing Specialist, para liderar a gestão estratégica e de execução da marca Ben&Jerry´s em Portugal. Principais Responsabilidades: Será responsável por liderar a marca Ben & Jerry’s em Portugal, com foco em: Adaptar e implementar a estratégia global da marca ao contexto do mercado português, garantindo o cumprimento dos KPIs anuais de marca e de negócio, tanto ao nível de Branding como de Performance; Desenvolver e gerir o plano de comunicação da marca em parceria com as agências externas; Gerir o orçamento total da marca, assegurando uma utilização eficiente dos recursos e o cumprimento dos objetivos financeiros definidos; Realizar análises regulares de performance comercial e financeira, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e otimização; Atuar como principal ponto de contacto entre Portugal e as equipas regionais e globais da marca; Liderar projetos de inovação e iniciativas estratégicas que poderão ir além do universo Ben & Jerry’s, contribuindo para o crescimento do negócio. Quem procuramos: Experiência Profissional Experiência na área de Marketing; Experiência em gestão de marcas, desenvolvimento de planos de comunicação e análise de performance será valorizada. Conhecimento Técnicos Conhecimentos de Marketing, Branding e Comunicação; Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise de dados e métricas de performance será considerado uma mais-valia; Capacidade para análise financeira e gestão de orçamento. Competências Comportamentais Forte capacidade analítica para diagnóstico e resolução de problemas; Excelentes competências de comunicação e influência junto de diferentes stakeholders; Perfil proativo, autónomo e orientado para resultados; Capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente dinâmico e colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares.
