The role This is a fixed-term (12 months) position. The Customer & Vendor MDM Lead will work under the supervision of the GBS MDM Deployment lead and act as the key enabler for deployment of the blue print into the markets where TMICC operates. The scope of the blue print covers master data across the Customer, Product/Material and master data domains. For this role the focus is on Customer/vendor master data, as GBS MDM owns these designs and changes are more significant in this master data space. The role is key to ensuring that the design is utilized with the lowest amount of deviations from the blue print design. Other activities will be the facilitation of data cleansing to ensure that data migration will bring only the relevant master data per requirements of the program. What you'll be responsible for Stakeholder Management Partner with global process owners, business teams, data owners, and system integrators to design and implement target-state master data processes. Influence stakeholders and promote standardization through adoption of best-in-class data management processes. Lead senior stakeholder discussions, manage data-related risks, and provide recommendations, escalation, and mitigation plans. Blue print design Understand the global template created by the Domain Leads for 3 domains- customer, Vendor. Work with the market to utilize the data model as closely as possible to the blue print. Work with the Domain leads on any requests to adapt the data model adapting the model with the Domain leads. Collaborate with the system integrator on any Legal, Statutory and Regulatory requirements that need to be implemented. Data models & migration Support and guide the market in the data model understanding. Assist Data migration team based on agreed upon RACI. UAT Facilitate the UAT for Master data between global program team and Market. Ensure up to date reporting on UAT status, issues and escalations. Go live Support the migration process ensuring that data validation will take place for the go live. Support the market during hyper care on adoption of the new way of working. Coordinate with the central team on issue resolution and prioritization. We're looking for someone who Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E./B.Com or equivalent) required; Master’s degree preferred. Extensive experience in large scale digital transformations preferably in FMCG industry. Deep FUNCTIONAL knowledge of Customer and Vendor master data. Deep FUNCTIONAL knowledge of material and product master data is a bonus. Good understanding of SAP master data objects and transactions (SAP MM/SD/FI vendor, customer and material). Advanced Excel capability (lookups, pivots, data profiling of large datasets); experience with data quality/profiling tools is a plus. Experience with agile ways of working / DevOps / Master Data Governance Tool is a plus. Strong team player who works effectively across cultures, time zones and levels; comfortable operating in a fast-changing transition environment with ambiguity.
